The 'BiOME Nature' wildlife viewing hide, located on the southern edge of Matsalu National Park in western Estonia, provides nature lovers with the opportunity to experience fantastic wildlife from the comfort of our specifically built log cabin.
Since 2012 we have been conducting wildlife monitoring at our 9 hectare, privately-owned, nature reserve to discover what animals are present at the site.
Eurasian Lynx (Lynx lynx) - our nature reserve is a key part of a territory of a breeding female with frequent sightings of family parties.
Brown Bear (Ursus arctos) - since 2019 our nature reserve has been the home to at least one Brown Bear.
Wolf (Canis lupus) - whilst by no means a regular visitor, the occasionnal lone Wolf is also sometimes recorded on our nature reserve.
