The number of mammal species recorded at our nature reserve has now reached 27, a remarkable total for a site of this size! We are still gathering information on many of the species but the majority would appear to be resident, either on the reserve itself, or in the immediate vicinity. Of the larger species, Lynx, Raccoon Dog, Least Weasel, Western Roe Deer, Wild Boar and Elk have all been confirmed raising their young on the reserve since 2012.
